The membership of the UN Global Compact is made up of corporations, UN agencies, trade unions and nongovernmental organizations.

The Ten Principles:
Human Rights
- Principle 1: Businesses should support & respect the protection of international proclaimed human rights; and
- Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Labour
- Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
- Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour
- Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
- Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect f employment and occupation
PHM is likewise committed to support and uphold the provision of basic human rights and to eliminate discriminatory practices. We respect and celebrate the inherent dignity of all persons, and seek to enable all employees to do their best work by embracing and valuing the unique combination of talents, experiences and perspectives of each employee.
PHM International fulfills this commitment by:
o Prohibiting all forms of labor in the workplace that are detrimental to the health or safety of children,
o Prohibits forced or compulsory labor for any employees,
o Respecting employees’ rights to engage in free association and to participate in a collective bargaining process should they so choose, and
o Promoting, protecting and helping to ensure the full and equal enjoyment of human rights by all persons, including those with disabilities.
Environment
- Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
- Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
- Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption
- Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
PHM International understands that ethical behavior by our associates and as a company are vital to the success of our programs and our existence and is committed to working against corruption. We frequently provide training in good governance and ethics to governmental agencies across the globe. As a result, all team members are well informed of the challenges and dangers of extortion, bribery, and corruption.
