and available globally on
request.
PHM International provides
a variety of services in the capacity building arena.
Our comprehensive programs include executive experience
sharing sessions in the US, UK, SE Asia, and elsewhere as
requested. Our educational seminars and management
training can be located in your offices or anywhere globally
convenient.
Executive Experience Sharing:
High-level executive experience sharing programmes are the
most in-demand of our custom projects. Through our
unique experience sharing roundtables and meetings with other
international leaders, executives interact one-on-one with
invited guest speakers. These peers include CEOs, executive
directors, ministers, permanent secretaries, directors,
parliamentarians, and other senior managers with
responsibility for entire companies, ministries, and
agencies. These leaders are drawn from hospitals,
insurance companies, ministries, departments,
agencies, universities, medical manufacturers, and
international organisations such as the World Bank and
EBRD. Additional information is available here.
Educations Seminars and Management
Training: Custom and standard training
in ethics, leadership, healthcare administration,
insurance products and sales. These courses are
for senior hospital management,
government executives, and agents/brokers
of insurance companies and other commercial
organizations. With an emphasis on
operational reality these programs help
attendees develop the strategic and technical skills
necessary in today's global market.
Modified to reflect local
circumstances and conditions, our management training programs
can be delivered in-country and use professional experts
and training techniques. The courses are normally
delivered in English and supporting materials are also in
English.
In-country training can be
delivered in a manner to meet multiple needs:
For a specific client wanting in house
training
For a number of organizations in the same
country
Regionally, where participants from a number
of countries or companies join the course.

Our training courses are designed to involve
delegates throughout the training process in a highly
interactive manner. The training revolves around a series of
technical presentations, which are reinforced and
complemented by practical activities to ensure the learning
process is both effective and enjoyable. Important messages
are remembered and taken into the day-to-day activities of
delegates when they return to their workplace.
Our trainers are professional specialists
with training expertise. They use a variety of training
techniques including case studies, syndicate work, exercises
and discussion as well as knowledge transfer by
well-structured lectures. Course can also include local
experts to contribute to in-country training, to ensure that
regional problems and characteristics are reflected in the
courses.

- Fraudulent Health Insurance Plans: Employer &
Agent Responsibilities
Targeted to US Chambers of Commerce, insurance agents,
and companies of all sizes. The insurance industry is
cyclical by nature and we are now in another cycle of
rapidly rising health insurance premiums. This in turn has
caused many companies to purchase so called ERISA or
self-insured health plans. This action often places the
company and its employees in financial risk. This speech
will explore some hands-on specifics and the
responsibilities faced by companies purchasing
self-insured health plan and the agents and brokers who
sell them. Fraudulent Health Insurance Plans illustrates
how companies can best protect their employees, their
assets, and the executives making the decisions.
